1.Please ensure the antenna and the cellphone are well connected with our signal booster. Besides, make sure you can get 2-3 bars of stable signal in the location where the outdoor antenna is fixed, or the booster may not work.
2. The Outdoor antenna must be installed horizontally and faced to the Base Unit.
3.Outdoor and indoor antenna should be well separated horizontally to avoid interference, putting them more than 8 meters.
4. The Signal booster is only compatible with GSM 900Mhz, while 3G and 4G are not supported.
