The procedure for purchase is

1. The buyer will have to send the buying company ATB format (mainly the inspector details)
2. After receiving the ATB format, the seller will issue the SPA and all parties will sign
3. The seller will then issue dip test authorization to the buyer and the inspector for physical confirmation of the product
4. Upon satisfactory confirmation of the product by the buyer's inspector, the buyer pays $2m to enable the seller to reissue the documents in favour of the buyer
5. Buyer makes full cargo payment and evacuates the product.
