Description

* Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts, or presentations for potential solar customers.

* Collate the estimates of existing regional market potential for solar projects/products

* Develop marketing implementation strategies and carryout marketing initiatives to support rapid sales growth.

* Prepare sales/revenue forecast and implement strategies to achieve sales, revenue, profit, and markets share objectives of the company and deliver on annual and quarterly sales/revenue/profit plans.

* Lead creative efforts such as writing, designing, managing and updating marketing collateral including producing articles, presentations, data sheets, press releases, newsletters, website, etc. and organize distribution of the same.

* Provide customers with information such as quotes, orders, sales, shipping, warranties, credit, funding options, incentives, or tax rebates.

* Analyse sales and industry data, market trends, and impact of changes in external and review sales plan as necessary

* Develop new advertising material and execute campaigns and plans.

* Create a roadmap for new product business development, initiate actions for generating sales.

* Manage relationships across all company departments to ensure seamless and consistent branding, marketing messaging and communications from a corporate marketing perspective.

* Plan, organize and execute company participation in and marketing strategy for industry trade shows, conferences, and events.

* Provide/ organize sales support, monitor status, and ensure achievement on a sustained basis

* Ensure prompt follow -up with customers for orders, commercial terms, payments, approvals, problem resolution, etc

* Create social media communication strategy and implement actions to increase brand awareness and support overarching marketing campaigns and objectives through social media platforms.

* Engage in market research and analytics to capture industry trends, project pipeline, potential leads, and direct competitor analysis and apply intel to marketing strategies.

* Maintain marketing collateral, branded merchandising, advertising and media files.

* Create digital marketing strategies, including e-mail blasts, website updates, e-mail signature messaging, social media and advertisements to enact real-time campaigns.

* Work with partners, vendors, company’s engineers and program managers to ensure customer’s needs are met.

* Manage the sales process for tenders and direct sales analyse margins or reasons for lost orders
