Design
Key to the new Bentayga is its striking dynamic looks drawn from the marque’s new design language, introduced by third-generation Continental GT and all-new Flying Spur. The three models look alike in some aspects, no matter they don’t have the same body style. Bentayga comes in SUV design, Flying Spur is a sedan, while Continental GT comes in a coupe version.
The new Bentayga features a larger, assertive matrix grille that is more upright, while new, intelligent LED matrix headlamp technology includes the signature Bentley design inspired by cut crystal glassware. The front end is coupled with a more aggressive front bumper emphasizes the performance characteristics of the car.
For the first time, the company added heated, wet-arm windscreen wipers with 22 washer jets in each arm.
The rear was not left out in this new transformation, it underwent a major transformation with a total redesign of the rear surfaces including a new full-width tailgate with encapsulated lamps. The licensed plate took a step down to the bumper for a cleaner appearance. The tailpipes feature a wide and split pipes which signify that it’s a high-performance car. With a new set of wheels unique to Bentayga, I think the company is limiting some designs exclusively for the model.
Interior
2021 Bentley Bentayga comes a revised interior, among the new changes in the car include a new facia and steering wheel, new door trims and all new seats- now available with ventilation in the rear of the five-seat cabin option. With an increase in legroom by 100mm depending on configuration, passengers in the rear also enjoy significantly more space coupled with luxury.
Entertainment system
The new 2021 Bentayga will feature a next-generation infotainment system integrated seamlessly into handcrafted, Bentley ‘wing’ dashboard design and features a 10.9-inch display screen with edge-to-edge graphics. The new infotainment system includes a super high-resolution and dynamics graphics which are configurable to suit driver preferences.
New features in the infotainment include all-new navigation with satellite maps, online search, and other features, wireless Apple CarPlay is standard for the first time, alongside the Android Auto.
The biggest breakthrough is the addition of a larger Touch Screen Remote controller tablet that’s similar to that of the 2021 Bentley Flying Spur.
