New exterior features
It boasts of a wider, restyled grille for an even more sophisticated look, it also comes along with improved integration of the Honda Sensing System’s radar unit. For the EX, Sport, and above on hybrid trim are the new LED high-and low beam headlights with longer and wider down-the-road illumination.

New interior features
The interior and cabin weren’t left in the upgrade. Further enhancements were carried out to the class-leading style. 2021 Accord is coming with an 8-inch Display and audio touchscreen entertainment system as a standard feature on all trims. This upgrade was only exclusive on the EX and above models but it’s now a standard feature.
Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration are now standard on all trims, while the EX-L and Touring trims received a new wirelessApple CarPlay and Android Auto integration.

This also frees up a USB port for charging a separate phone. Drivers can also maximize fuel efficiency or power by selecting between Sport, EV, and ECON modes using the three buttons behind the push-button gear selector.
The new exterior feature in the hybrid trim includes a blue H-Mark on the grille and Hybrid badges on the front fenders and trunk lid. It also features a 19-inch wheel, this gives it an upscale and sporty appearance.
Specification of the new Sport special edition
The 2021 Accord Sport SE is new to the lineup for 2021, it replaces the Accord EX 1.5T and expands on the popular Sport trim with additional sought-after features. It adds leather seats, heated front seats, a four-way power passenger seat to complement the addition of a 12-way power driver’s seat, heated mirrors, Smart Entry, and remote engine start to the popular Accord Sport 1.5T grade.

Powertrains and driving dynamics
Honda updated both the Accord Hybrid’s two-motor system and the engines for the 2021 model year. The 1.5-liter turbo has improved Idle Stop Performance, with quicker engine start-up when the driver releases the brake.
Standard on the Accord LX, Sport, Sport SE, and EX-L grades is a 1.5-liter VTEC Turbo engine that produces 192 horsepower, while Accord 2.0T and Touring come with a 2.0-liter VTEC Turbo engine that produces 252-horsepower.
There is also an upgrade to the braking system for smoother engagements.
Safety systems in the 2021 Honda Accord
All the 2021 Accord received a new Rear Seat Reminder and a rear seatbelt reminder as standard equipment. Rear Seat Reminder chimes when the car just turned off, with a notification on the digital meter reminding drivers to check the rear seating area when exiting the car for children, pets, or other precious cargo.
The rear seatbelt reminder uses a warning on the digital meter to let drivers know if rear-seat passengers have not fastened their seatbelts.
