What’s new in the 2021 Mercedes Benz G-Class

Coming to the colors, G manufaktur interior and exterior customization options now provide an extensive variety of special options that’s unique to the G-Class. For this reason, the company adds a total of 34 exterior color choices and 54 unique interior upholsteries.

2021 Mercedes Benz G-Class technical highlights
The company revised the powertrains layout to allow for greater off-road capability. Mercedes G 550 Dynamic SELECT is now available with up to five driving modes for the G-Class, they include Comfort, Eco, Sport, Individual, and G mode.
The new feature adjusts the vehicle characteristics in seconds at the touch of a button, as the system modifies the characteristics of the engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and assistance system at the driver’s request.
G mode is introduced to cater to the SUV when it’s plying an off-road. This mode brings about improved off-road handling.
Moving over to the AMG DYNAMIC SELECT, it also has 5 on-road modes, they include Individual, Comfort, Slippery, Sport, and Sport plus. As the bigger Boss, it also comes with 3 AMG specific off-road modes which include Sand, Rock, and Trail. AMG G 63 comes with eight different driving modes.
Three 100% differential locks enhance off-road agility and ride comfort. They include center, rear, and front differential locks.
The 2021 G-class is dropping with a new independent suspension with a double-wishbone front axle in combination with a rigid rear axle that enhances on-road performance.
Touch control buttons are very touched sensitive. It also features a new generation of COMAND multimedia system with available dual 12.3-inch high-resolution displays with a single bonded glass panel.
