  With the introduction of the fifth-generation Toyota Avalon in 2019, the company has not relented on adding exciting features that enhance both the performance, comfort, and overall design. It would be recalled that the first-ever Avalon TRD performance model was first unveiled in 2020 and as at that time, the sedan featured so many enhance performances. The company is taking a step forward by adding the Avalon’s first-ever all-wheel-drive option for drivers who want more grip and driving confidence in any condition, be it slippery, off-road, or on the highway. I will leave no stone unturned in reviewing the specification and price of 2021 Toyota Avalon in Naira and Dollar.

  The design

 It would be recalled Toyota did a full redesign of the Toyota Avalon following the release of the 5th generation in 2019. The car color was not left out in the redesign, any redesign without a nice color combination will be a disaster.  The TRD performance model always comes with a two-tone paint option which features a black roof paired with either the Windchill Pearl or new Ice Edge body colors. 

  Supersonic Red was replaced by Ice Edge which is now available for the other Avalon grades. Midnight Black Metallic is now the third choice for 2021 Avalon TRD.

   In the new 2021 Avalon, Parisian Night Pearl has been replaced by Blueprint Color. Some other old colors made its way to 2021, they are Opulent Amber, Harbor Gray Metallic, Celestial Silver Metallic, and Ruby Flare Pearl. The interior color variant is Cognac with Black in the XSE Hybrid and Touring, and, in the Limited, Black replaces Beige.

With black painted 19-ich alloy wheels, black window trim and door handles, and a black shark fin antenna, drivers who are seeking for a more extroverted look will find it in a 2021 Avalon XSE Nightshade Edition.    While minimizing AWD’s typical drag on fuel economy, Dynamic Torque Control AWD provides effective traction control for slippery conditions. It achieves this by direct up to 50% of engine torque to the rear wheel.

Toyota Avalon Hybrid

   Toyota included a hybrid version of the 2021 Avalon lineup. The company aimed at producing an Avalon with very high fuel efficiency, that’s why the company arrived at a hybrid version that was rated thus: 43 city/44 highway/44 MPG combined for XLE Hybrid (43/43/43 MPG for other Hybrid grades). The 2021 Toyota Avalon features an advanced Toyota Hybrid System [THS 11] combined with a specially engineered version of the 2.5-liter dynamic force four-cylinder engine and an electric motor. The new system is designed in such a way that second motor MG2 charge the hybrid battery pack.
