Bentley halted the production of the Mulsanne after more than a decade in production. Initially, the company planned to host a typical end-of-production celebration but this was cut short by the Covid-19 pandemic. Alternatively, the company gathered its colleagues for socially-distanced photographs with the final car. The final unit that was nicknamed Mulsanne Speed 6.75 Edition by Mulliner- it was finished in Rose Gold over Tungsten that’s on its way to the States to a lucky customer. Based on so many questions asked by some individuals, I decided to review the price of Bentley Mulsanne in Nigeria.
A brief history of Mulsanne
Revealed at Pebble Beach in 2009, all through its production, it featured a unique interior and interior design. As of 2009, the sedan featured a new variant of the iconic twin-turbocharged 6.75-liter V8 engine.
The Mulsanne received its first upgrade in 2012. The upgrade featured new design includes unique 21-inch alloy wheels, Bentley Flying “B” wing vents, and a diamond-quilted leather-trimmed cabin, matched with a large tilt opening tinted glass sunroof and an exquisitely designed, electrically operated bottle cooler.

In 2015, the second in the line of the three Mulsanne derivatives- the speed was unveiled in 2015. With the introduction of the speed variant in 2015, it turned out to be the fastest ultra-luxury driving experience to life. The engine bay was filled with an upgraded version of a 6.75-liter V8 engine that can produce 395 kW of power and a torque of 1,100 Nm.
A complete redesign came to the Mulsanne in 2016. The car was unveiled at Geneva. Almost everything was redesigned. The entire front-end style of the car was completely redesigned. The bonnets, the fenders, radiator shell, grilles, lights, and bumpers were all updated.
The interior wasn’t left out in the upgrade, the seats were redesigned. It also boasted new door trims and armrests, and unique glass switchgear.
