Ford has started the testing of the all-electric police pilot vehicle in preparation for electric police fleets in America.
The company has submitted an all-electric police pilot vehicle based on the 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E SUV for testing as a benchmark while it continues to explore purpose-built electric police vehicles in the future.
It would be recalled that Ford recently introduced a new Mustang Mach-E police concept car in the United Kingdom.
