History of Mercedes Benz C300.
Mercedes Benz C300 is a compact executive car produced by Daimler AG. The production of Mercedes Benz C300 started in 1993 as a replacement for the 190 [W201] range. The production of the C300 took place at the Mercedes Benz factories in Sindelfingen and Bremen, Germany as well as numerous satellite factories in other countries of the world.
The first Mercedes Benz C class was produced on 1 june 1993. The second generation was rolled out in 2000.
Mercedes Benz C300 has seen four generations since its inception. The first generation was rolled out in 1993, followed closely by its second generation in 2000, the third generation was launched in 2007 while its latest generation was unveiled in 2014.
I will be talking about the third generation C300 [ 2008 – 2014 ]. I will be giving you updated prices as of 2020. Before I give the prices, I will give you some specifications of this generation.
This generation was introduced o the 18th of January, 2007 at the 2007 Geneva Auto Show by DiamlerChrysler. The sales started on 31st March 2007 in almost all the European countries. This unit came with an extended wheelbase and by 2012, the model got a facelift. The facelift included LED taillights, a revised dashboard, and an instrument cluster layout. The design continued until 2015.
