The new 2025 Lamborghini Urus SE plug-in hybrid super SUV is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 engine that has been designed to work in optimal synergy with the electric powertrain. The engine generates 620 CV of power and 800 Nm of torque; the internal combustion engine combines with an electric powertrain that produces 192 CV and 483 Nm of torque to deliver a total combined power output of 800 CV. A 25.9-lWh lithium-ion battery strategically positioned below the load floor and above the electronically controlled rear differential sends power to the electric motors when needed.
A permanent-magnet synchronous electric motor located inside the 8-speed automatic transmission can act as a boost for the V8 combustion as well as a traction element, making the new hybrid SUV a 100 percent electric 4WD vehicle traveling more than 60 km in EV mode.

The new Urus attains 100 km/h from 0 in just 3.4 seconds and from o to 200 km/h in 11.3 seconds, reaching a top speed of 312 km/h.
Design and aerodynamics
Lamborghini designed the new Urus SE to accentuate its sportiness and muscularity. At the front of the hybrid SUV is a new hood with a floating design, where the absence of the cut lines gives a sense of continuity as well as amplifies the athletic style of the SUV. Other new features at the front of the SUV include new headlight clusters that feature matrix LED technology that introduces a brand new light signature inspired by the tail of the Lamborghini brand’s bull, along with a redesigned bumper and front grill.
The rear end of the hybrid SUV features a completely redesigned cargo compartment, introducing a Gallardo-inspired continuity that harmonizes the lines by connecting the taillight clusters with “Y” lights and the new rear diffuser, which gives the vehicle even sportier proportions. A new spoiler at the rear also aids in increasing the rear downforce by 35% at high speeds, compared to the Urus S, thereby enhancing vehicle stability.
New under-body air vents and revamped air ducts channel more airflow to cool the mechanical and engine components thereby improving the SUV’s aerodynamic efficiency. The new design of the Urus SE was done with aerodynamics in mind, it offers the best aerodynamics in its class.
Interior design of the 2025 Lamborghini Urus SE
The cabin of the Urus SE was not left out in the redesign, it features new solutions throughout the front section of the dashboard and accentuates the lightweight feeling already introduced on the Revuelto.
Standard on the grade is a 12.3-inch display mounted at the center of the dashboard. The new display features a new version of the Human Machine Interface (HMI) that is even more intuitive to use with updated graphics, consistent with that of the Revuelto. The Lamborghini Centro Stile designers also directed their design focus on the air vents; the anodized aluminum trim elements with the unmistakable Y shape; and the new panel, seat, and dashboard coverings. The mechanical pushbutton panel gives a more tactile feel.
Drivers can make use of the 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and the 12.3-inch touchscreen display, integrated into the center of the dashboard and the heart of the Lamborghini Infotainment System (LIS).
Customization
A range of customization options are available for customers who desire it. Customers can update the alloy wheels with the introduction of 23-inch Galanthus rims paired as standard with new Pirelli P Zero tires. Three dedicated P Zero tires and Scorpion Winter 2 Tyres are available on the grade.
Lamborghini also expanded its color range with over 100 bodywork options, including two new colors offered at launch. An array of 47 color combinations and four types of embroidery with the additional potential offered via the Ad Personam program are available for the interior.
