Stephan Winklemann makes a comeback to Automobili Lamborghini. He will become the new President and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A from December 1st, 2020. He succeeded the outgoing President Stefano Domenicali, who will take over as CEO of Formula 1 starting from 2021. Stephan still retains his position as Bugatti as the CEO.
It would be recalled that Stephan Winklemann was President and SEO of Automobili Lamborghini from 2005 to 2016. As of then, he transformed Lamborghini into a global leader in Manufacturer of super sports cars.
He has held so many top positions in the Fiat group before joining Lamborghini. Under him, the Gallardo was introduced with the V10 Huracan and V12 Aventador as well as limited editions and one-offs. Lamborghini Urus was announced under his administration.
He has a nice profile and he is capable of the work ahead of him.
