Both come with WLTP combined electric power consumption of 20.0 \u2013 16.7 kWh per 100 km and CO emissions of 0 g\/km. Its electric range is rated at 503 to 678 km combined, and 569 to 821 km in town.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"840\" height=\"480\" src=\"https:\/\/sellatease.com\/public-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/05_Taycan_Turbo_Cross_Turismo_Driving_2-840x480.webp\" alt=\"Performance of the 2025 Porsche Taycan\" class=\"wp-image-12253\" style=\"width:600px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>The Taycan Turbo S hits 100 km from rest in just 2.4 seconds, that&#8217;s quite impressive. Drivers will enjoy an electric combined driving range of 558 to 630 km, and a 612 to 619 electric range when driving in town.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;For the 2025 model, the Taycan is 0.6 and 0.4 faster than its predecessor, thanks to the new improvements on the sedan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The touch of a button activates the new push-to-pass function 1 in the Sport Chrono package which offers a boost of up to 70 kW, depending on the model. The increased acceleration rates are generally the result of higher system output. For example, the base Taycan delivers 60 kW more than before. In the Taycan Turbo S, it\u2019s an additional 140 kW with Launch Control. This increases the system output of the top model to 700 kW\/952 PS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"More_than_35_percent_more_range_compared_to_the_predecessor\"><\/span><strong>More than 35 percent more range compared to the predecessor<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For the 2025 model year, the driving range has been increased to up to 678 km, an increase of 175 km. With the new Taycan, owners require fewer charging stops. Porsche equipped the sedan with a fast charging system that can support up to 800-volt DC charging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 2024 Taycan EV charges from 10 to 80 percent at 15 degrees Celsius in 37 minutes, the new 2025 Taycan attains the same feat in just 18 minutes, despite its larger battery capacity. Porsche also increased the gross capacity of the Performance Battery Plus package to 105 kWh, which is an increase of 12 kWh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Chassis\"><\/span><strong>Chassis<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Standard across all the 2025 Taycan is the adaptive air suspension that offers an unprecedented bandwidth between driving comfort and driving dynamics. Customers who desire the new Porsche Active Ride suspension can order it as an option for the all-wheel drive versions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new suspension is designed to keep the body of the Taycan level at all times, even during dynamic braking, steering, and acceleration maneuvers as well as absorb bumps almost completely. The option Active Ride suspension ensures an almost perfect connection to the road, thanks to a balanced distribution of wheel loads.
