Bentley announced a total sales of 11,206 cars in 2020, this is an increase of two percent over 2019. It would be recalled that Bentley’s production was shut down for seven weeks beginning in March, and running at a 50 percent output for a further nine weeks thereafter, as social distancing measures were introduced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The American region delivered 3,035 cars, an increase of four percent on the corresponding figure for 2019, 2,913. This placed the region as Bentley’s number one market, this strong performance was boosted by the introduction of the Flying Spur and a full year of sales of the Continental GT and GT Convertible luxury Grand Tourer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bentley sold 2,880 cars in China, against 1940. This came as the traditional market welcomed the introduction of the all-new Flying Spur. All through this period, Bentayga sales remained strong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Europe delivered 2,193 cars as against a figure of 2,670 in 2019. That’s a decrease of 18 percent in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bentley’s home market in the UK continued its consistently strong performance. They recorded sales of 1,160 cars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the Middle East, the company delivered a total of 735 cars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1,203 cars were delivered in the Asia Pacific region, this posted an increase of six percent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The year was a good year for Bentley, the COVID didn\u2019t bring them down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
