The powertrain generates 203 horsepower and a torque of 184 lb-ft with an EPA estimated 28 combined for both the FWD and AWD. FWD models hit 60 mph from 0 in 8.2 seconds, while the AWD attains the same feat in 8.6 seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"_NX_350h_powertrain\"><\/span><strong>&nbsp;NX 350h powertrain<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Lexus Hybrid Drive System pairs the D4-S fuel injection 2.5-liter, 4-cylinder gasoline engine with two high-torque electric drive motor generators for strong acceleration and passing performance. Instead of transferring gears and a driveshaft to the rear wheels, the AWD system employs a second, independent electric motor to drive the rear wheels when it detects it is needed to help support traction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The two high-torque electric drive motor generators and the 2.5-liter engine produces a combined power output of 240 horsepower, and the SUV come accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 7.2 seconds with a combined EPA-estimated 39 MPG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"_NX_450h_powertrain\"><\/span><strong>&nbsp;NX 450h powertrain<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The NX 450h+ has an EPA-estimated 37-mile range on electric power only, made possible by the high-capacity lithium-ion battery. Dark Graphite Aluminum ornamentation, a unique meter, bolstered sport seats, a steering wheel, and aluminum pedals and scuff plates are exclusive to the F SPORT family. With perforated interior trim in Black and Circuit Red NuLuxe, the sport-inspired materials are integrated into the seats, steering wheel, and center console.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bold F SPORT grille is integrated into the front and rear bumpers for a remarkable first impression. Standard on the F SPORT models is the 20-inch gloss black alloy wheels framed by color-key over fenders to improve the curb appeal and the sporty appearance. Black roof rails and daylight-opening window framing are also available in the package.
