The Lamborghini Urus is the first and only Lamborghini Sport Utility [SUV] Vehicle concept. The car was unveiled at the 2012 Beijing Autos Show on 23rd April 2012. This same SUV concept was shown at Pebble Beach in 2012.
The car was designed by Filippo Perini and Mitja Borkert. Filippo Perini designed the concept while Mitja Borkert designed the production version.
The car was last unveiled at Lamborghini’s Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters on 4th December 2017. The production began in February 2018. The company wanted to build 1000 units in the first year of production, and 3500 in 2019. The assembling of this SUV is at the Sant’Agata Bolognese in Italy.
