Chioma’s brand new 2025 Mercedes-Benz G580 EQ is powered by four individually controlled, permanently excited electric motors delivering 579 horsepower and 859 pound-feet of torque. It accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.6 seconds, with its top speed electronically limited to 112 mph. Power generated by the engine is sent to the wheels by a two-speed automatic transmission system.
The quad motor system is powered by a 116 kWh lithium-ion battery delivering an estimated drive range of 239 miles. When charging the car with the 200 kW DC fast charging, it can charge up to 80% in approximately 32 minutes. When using the Level 2 AC charging, it achieves a full charge in about 14 hours.
The cabin of the all-electric G-Wagon is equipped with the latest Mercedes-Benz User Experience (MBUX) infotainment system with voice controls. Other standard interior features dual 11.6-inch rear display, Burmester 3D Surround Sound System, 64-color ambient lighting, and Nappa leather interior finish.
