For the 2025 model year, the new Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 debuted with a fingerprint scanner and three years of satellite radio as standard. A range of new optional features were also added to the model. They include a new Manufaktur Signature Interior Package that adds premium nappa leather interior coverings in Truffle Brown, Yacht Blue, or Carmine Red. Additionally, four new Manufaktur Signature paints including Ireland Mid Green Metallic, Mystic Blue Metallic, Cote d’Azur Light Blue Metallic, and Silicon Grey have also been added to the color palette.

Standard on the 2025 Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 is a 4.0-liter V8 biturbo gasoline engine with mild hybrid drive that delivers 550 hp at 6,000 to 6,500 rpm and torque of 538 lb-ft at 2,500 to 5,000 rpm.
