Interior upgrade for the 2024 model year
For the 2024 model year, the 2024 GLA 45 S 4MATIC+ features the latest generation AMG Performance steering wheel as standard. The high-performance steering wheel buttons feature bright displays and intuitive operating logic. It helps the driver control important driving functions as well as all driving programs.
Also standard on the grade is the new AMG-specific screen design and an extended range of functions which brings a more powerful MBUX infotainment. The model also comes with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration, a higher USB charging power, and an additional USC-C port for improved connectivity.
Exterior design
An option of three new light alloy wheels is available on the grade. The 19-inch light-alloy wheel features AMG ten-spoke wheels in Bicolor Matt Black with high-gloss burnished surfaces. Two new AMG 20-inch wheels in a five-twin-spoke design are available as an option.
Customers can choose between Bicolor Matt Black with high-gloss burnished surfaces or Bicolor Matt Black with high-gloss burnished rim flanges. An AMG 21-inch multi-spoke or cross-spoke wheel is also available as an option for customers who desire more grip when driving.
The interior design of the 2024 Mercedes-AMG GLA 45 S 4MATIC+
The standard sports seats or the optional AMG Performance seats are covered in new upholstery. For the first time, the combination of ARTICO artificial leather and MICROCUT microfibre can also be ordered in Bahia Brown. The new color for the ARTICO artificial leather is Sage Grey / Black. Red Pepper / Black is also available for the first time for the leather seat covers. The range of options is rounded out with open-pore lime wood in brown for the trim elements.
Engine, transmission, and performance
The 2024 Mercedes-AMG GLA 45 S 4MATIC+ comes standard with an AMG 2.0-litre turbo engine that generates 421 hp. The compact SUV can attain 100 km/h from zero in just 4.3 seconds, with its top speed pegged at 270 km/h. Power is transmitted by the AMG SPEEDSHIFT DCT eight-speed dual-clutch transmission.
Mercedes-AMG equipped the high-performance compact SUV with a standard driving program RACE and the fully variable all-wheel drive AMG Performance 4MATIC+ with AMG TORQUE CONTROL to contribute to the dynamic experience.
