Following the recent directive by Nigerian Communications Commission [NCC] to link your National Identification Number to your mobile line, 9mobile has developed a system that will help you upload your NIN details without stress. In my last article, I showed you how to check your NIN status on 9mobile, today, I will be showing you how to verify and link your National Identification Number to your 9mobile number.
There are two methods by which you can achieve this:
- By using a designated USSD code.
- By filling in your NIN details online.
How to link your National Identification Number to your 9Mobile line via USSD code
This method is very simple, you can do it with or without a data-enabled device.
Dial *200*8# and follow the prompt.
Basic details it may require:
- Mobile number
- NIN
- Full name
To link your NIN to your 9mobile line via the Internet
Go to 9mobile.com.ng/nin and fill in the required information.
