Engine and power
For the 2023 model year, the new Bentley Continental S range is retaining the 4.0-liter V8 engine that produces 542 bhp of power and 770 Nm of torque. The S range can accelerate from 0 – 100 km/h in just 4.0 seconds. Standard on the GT and GTC S is the enhanced fitment of a Sports Exhaust to amplify the cross-plane V8 beat.
The new lighter engine 4.0-Litre V8 engine makes the S models more responsive, this is amplified by Bentley Dynamic Ride which comes with an advanced 48V electric anti-roll control system that was first pioneered by the company.
Exterior design
The exterior of the S range features a black gloss radiator grille, S badging on the front fenders, and black bright ware which makes it stand out from the rest. Headlamps and rear lights are dark tinted, while exterior bright ware is specified in gloss black- with only the winged Bentley badge and lettering being finished in bright chrome.
Other finishing touches on the exterior include the S badging on the front fenders, quad exhaust tailpipes which are available in black, and sill extenders in black.
Wheels and brakes
Standard on the 2023 Bentley Continental GT S is the all-new 22″ five Y-shaped spokes wheels finished in gloss black, it is also available in the new Pale Brodgar Satin finish. For a sportier look and a perfect sporting contrast, the brake calipers are painted in red.
The interior design
The S model is debuting with a two-tone color split to give the sporty model a striking look and feel. The steering wheel, gear lever, seat cushion, and seat backrest are wrapped with the suede-like properties of Dinamica.
The leather hide is employed on the seat bolsters, and door pads, along the instrument panel, and around the console.
The interior also features available quilt fluted S design seats, an “S” emblem embroidered on the headrest of each seat, and embroidered Bentley wings. Other features include a metal S signature badge on the fascia and illuminated Bentley treadplates with the “S” device replacing the Bentley Motors Ltd plaque.
