Price of Sony PlayStation Video game console in Nigeria

Personally, playing a video game is one of the best ways of reducing stress. You don’t know what you are missing if you don’t play games with a sound game console, such as PlayStation game consoles. I will be reviewing the price of brand new and UK used Sony PlayStation game consoles in Nigeria, I won’t forget to give you a brief history of Sony PlayStation.
It’s no longer news that heavy gaming can kill your PC. Heavy gaming has a higher tendency of reducing the battery life and performance of your PC, that’s why gaming consoles were produced to cater for your video gaming.

PlayStation 1

The first video game console from Play Station was released in the year December 1994 in Japan. It’s worthy to note that PlayStation is owned by Sony Interactive Entertainment. The first PlayStation game console was named Play Station 1, over 100 million units were shipped in under a decade.

PlayStation 1 gained massive sales due to its lower price tag. It was far cheaper and better than its competitor, the Sega Saturn. If you are familiar with this name, I just want to say good day to you because you deserve it, LOL.
I don’t think it’s still worthy to review the price of PlayStation 1 in Nigeria because that’s just like an analog version of the PlayStation gaming consoles. Instead of playing games with PS 1, you will enjoy playing Java games on a Nokia C1 over a PS 1.
PlayStation 2

In 2000, the successor named PlayStation 2 was released. This is the best-selling home console up to date, over 155 million units were sold by the end of 2012. The PS 2 had two significant changes which are the redesign and the change to the console’s Graphical User Interface [GUI].
PS 2 is classified in the Sixth generation of video game consoles and is backward- compatible with most original PlayStation games. The shipment of PlayStation 2 in Japan ended on December 28, 2012. The production halted on January 4, 2013.
This is the version that’s most used up to date. Even in Nigeria, people are still enjoying it. This is the model I enjoyed then. I can remember those days we pay 30 Naira to play PES for just 5 minutes. I am very sure that so many children received the beating of their lives with issues relating to PS 2.
After the release of the first PS2 in 2000, the redesign PS2 slimline was released 4 years after. It was smaller, thinner, quieter and it came with a built-in Ethernet port. The shipping of the PS2 slimline model commenced in 2007. IN 2008, another version of the slimline was released, this version reduced the overall weight of the console by incorporating the power supply into it.
Coming to the price of Sony PlayStation 3 in Nigeria, the product is very scarce now especially if you are looking forward to buying a foreign used unit or UK used as its fondly called. No one wants to import and outdated stock into the country. For me, I will say that importing PlayStation 2 is the same as importing a black and white television. Nevertheless, I will give you a hint on the possible price of the PlayStation 2 in Nigeria.
