New features for the 2022 model year
The 2022 Terrain is debuting with new features, the company redesigned the SUV from the ground up. The exterior received a new front–end appearance, with new fascia and grille designs across the lineup. The LED headlamps and LED taillamps on all models were redesigned on all models.
Coming to the performance, the all-new AT4 model features an AWD as standard and unique off-road trim, including a front skid plate. New 18-inch and 19-inch wheel designs are also available for the 2022 model year.
Three new exterior color options are available at an extra cost, they include Marine Metallic, Cayenne Red Metallic, and Desert Sand Metallic available on the AT4 trim only.
New tech packages are available on SLT and AT4 includes HD Surround Vision, all-new Head-Up Display and Front, and Rear Park Assist. Also available are wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capability. Built-in Amazon Alexa capabilities are also available.
